Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances

Majestic Rides maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances by drivers. 

Drivers are prohibited from:

• Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. 
• Using, possessing, or being impaired by illegal drugs. 
• Misusing prescription medications that impair the ability to drive safely. 
• Using marijuana or cannabis products while on duty or in any matter that impairs safe operation of a vehicle. 
• Consuming any intoxicating substance before or during transportation services. 

Any driver found in violation of this policy may be immediately removed from services and may be subject to termination and reporting to applicable authorities.

All complaints will be reviewed promptly and investigated as appropriate.
